Base pay range

$62.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Physical Therapist Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Current PA PT License and Registration
• Valid BLS Certification
• EMR Competence
• Meet all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)
• Provide evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for PTAs under your supervision
• Deliver quality therapy services to individuals in SNF settings with various diagnoses
• Monitor and document patient progress using innovative EMR software
