ARMStaffing in Morristown, NJ is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, establish plans of care, and deliver interventions in a large acute care facility. You will document care for billing and quality, mentor staff and students, and support clinician competency development under minimal supervision.

The role requires NJ PT licensure, graduation from an accredited PT program, and 0–4 years of experience; acute care experience is preferred and board certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a large acute care facility and be a team player who provides exceptional care to our patients. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, establishing plans of care and treatment programs, providing interventions, patient and family education, documenting interventions, and billing appropriately. This role also supports Lead Clinicians in competency development and implementation, participates in the orientation of new staff members, serves as a clinical instructor for students, and exercises independent judgment with moderately complex cases with minimal to no supervision.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• New Jersey License to practice Physical Therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program.
• 0-4 years of experience as a Physical Therapist is strongly preferred.
• Experience in acute care in a large academic medical setting preferred.
• Preference given to candidates that have completed a successful clinical affiliation with Atlantic Health.
• Preference given to candidates with Board Certification as a Specialist in an area suitable for acute care.
