Origin Travel Nurses seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist in Conyers, GA for a 13-week contract. You will evaluate patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, and supervise therapy services under physician direction.

You will educate patients and families, maintain professional licensure, and participate in student programs while contributing to performance improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience.
• CPR Certification.

Job Description

The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans according to the patients' needs, goals, and physician direction. The therapist is responsible for the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring functional treatment programs are designed to facilitate effective returns to community activities. The therapist also serves as an educator for patients, families, students, coworkers, and themselves, adhering to the organization’s Mission Statement and Core Values.
