The main responsibilities include unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking shelves, and managing backstock, including DSD vendor stock on non-delivery days. You will also be involved in replenishing shelves, rotating products, and maintaining store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stock items
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock
• Replenish mass and end displays, rotate products, and present shelving as directed
• Remove expired or out-of-code items efficiently

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance
• Ability to operate or learn to operate required equipment and tools

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours, depending on business needs
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 55%, walk for 45%
• Category IV physical ability
• Maximum pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Skills and Training

• Understanding company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of MSDS materials
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training
