Qualifications

- Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving, plus basic Windows-based systems skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff therapists and aides and conduct performance reviews.
- Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
- Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and thorough documentation.
- Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA.
- Oversee clinic facility cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supplies.
