On the Mend Physical Therapy in Mesa, AZ is hiring a Doctor of Physical Therapy to deliver patient-centered care across orthopedics, pediatrics, and work conditioning. You’ll join a locally owned clinic backed by a national group, with robust mentorship and resources.

Formación

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Arizona physical therapy license, or eligibility for one.
• All experience levels are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills, the kind that put patients at ease.
• Interest in growing into a leadership role down the line.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating patients and building individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities.
• Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention.
• Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it.
