Mercer Head Spa is the first luxury Japanese-inspired head spa in Washington, located in the heart of downtown Mercer Island. We specialize in scalp health, relaxation, and rituals that combine advanced techniques with premium products. Our mission is to create a restorative experience that nurtures both scalp and soul, while providing a welcoming space for our clients and team to thrive.

We are seeking a skilled and professional Head Spa Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to clients, helping them achieve their hair and scalp goals through customized treatments. Requirement: Valid Cosmetology, Esthetics, or Massage Therapy License

Responsibilities

• Perform head spa treatments, including scalp massage, shampooing, conditioning, and blow-dry styling
• Support daily operations: scheduling assistance, client preparation, and light styling as needed
• Maintain spa cleanliness by sanitizing tools, preparing treatment areas, and performing daily chores (sweeping, dusting, laundry, stocking)
• Uphold studio standards and contribute to creating a welcoming, professional environment
• Monitor and restock towels, products, and retail inventory
• Represent the spa’s aesthetic and ensure every client has an exceptional experience that keeps them coming back
