Warby Parker is seeking a high-energy Optometrist for a new store opening at Bridgeport Village. You will conduct comprehensive eye exams, advise patients on eye health and eyewear, and share product knowledge to excite the brand.

A licensed OD ready for a fast-paced environment is ideal, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences. We offer a comprehensive compensation package with base pay plus variable incentives, and full-time/part-time flexibility depending on needs.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry licensed in this state (new and recent grads are welcome to apply).

Responsibilities

• Perform excellent comprehensive eye exams in line with company protocol and standards of care.
• Provide a great eye exam experience and communicate eye health, eyewear, and prescription advice to patients.
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to patients.
• Act as a representative for our brand and help educate and excite others to establish us as a leading eye care provider.
