Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a high-energy Optometrist to join one of its affiliated Independent OD practices. You will perform comprehensive eye exams and provide patient guidance on eye health, eyewear, and prescriptions in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Doctor of Optometry, excited by technology, entrepreneurial, business-minded, and dedicated to delivering remarkable eye care while representing our brand.

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Optometry in the relevant state.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
• Driven to deliver healthy and happy patients.
• Knowledgeable about and eager to incorporate new technology.
• Innovative, proactive, and entrepreneurial.
• Business-minded and results-driven.
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams in accordance with company protocol.
• Communicate eye health, eyewear, and prescription advice to patients.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and explain features and benefits to patients.
• Represent the Warby Parker brand and educate others to advance eye care.
