• Ability to operate equipment like radios, POS systems, scanners, and sensors
• Proficiency with inventory management systems
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

As The Operations Associate, You Will:

• Manage merchandise receiving and processing efficiently
• Deliver and replenish merchandise according to visual directives
• Maintain the selling floor and fitting rooms, including fixtures and markdowns
• Ensure proper merchandise display and store standards
• Handle merchandise transfers, customer sends, and Return To Vendors with urgency
• Keep back-of-house areas organized and clean
• Respond to customer questions and assist on the sales floor as needed
• Follow Asset Protection procedures
• Complete tasks or projects assigned by store leadership
