Job summary

Agile Physical Therapy Inc is seeking a temp physical therapist in California to provide one-on-one care with 60-minute evaluations and 45-minute treatments in a clinic setting. You will have dedicated documentation time and work alongside an interdisciplinary onsite health team.

Qualifications

• Active California physical therapy license.
• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum two years of orthopedic experience preferred.
• Advanced certification or training preferred (OCS, FAAOMPT, SCS, etc.).
• Excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Collaborative, humble, and growth-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care with 60-minute evaluation and 45-minute treatment appointments.
• Dedicate documentation time within every clinical day.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary onsite health team.
• Maintain strong patient relationships and high-quality care.
• Work onsite with fewer administrative barriers than traditional outpatient practice.
