Store - SARASOTA, FL

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping and locating products, and ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards to uphold our Brand Promises.

1. Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
2. Provide efficient checkout services; handle cash transactions accurately.
3. Engage customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and assist with enrollments.
4. Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
5. Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
6. Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
7. Ensure merchandise recovery and store maintenance, including returns and stock replenishment.
8. Support store in-stock optimization and AD set duties.
9. Support shrink and safety initiatives.
10. Adhere to SOPs and company policies, ensuring legal compliance.
11. Interact respectfully and positively with team members and customers, promoting our values.
12. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching; ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves.
• Work includes nights, weekends, and early mornings; some outdoor work and climate-controlled areas.
