Woodgrain is seeking a Merchandise Stocker to support in-store service, inventory replenishment and merchandising across high-volume national accounts. The role emphasizes stocking, organizing moulding inventory, and maintaining product displays to meet company standards.

The position is labor-intensive, requiring lifting up to 50 lbs and reliable transportation for territory coverage. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with store teams are essential.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform in-store service within a defined territory in high-volume stores.
• Manage inventory replenishment—ordering and stocking.
• Stock moulding inventory and maintain availability of materials.
• Clean aisles and restore order after service.
• Straighten stock, restock messy bins or displays, and resolve bin contamination.
• Stock and pack freight from current and previous orders.
• Cull damaged/unsellable material and process credits electronically.
• Merchandise signage and pricing to company standards.
• Order replenishment according to guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Complete merchandising projects and tasks as assigned by area manager.
• Complete tasks, projects and resets of Woodgrain products in stores.

• Responsible for learning and performing in-store service, managing inventory replenishment (ordering and stocking), generating weekly credits and providing exceptional customer service within a defined territory inside high volume national account stores
• THIS IS A LABOR INTESIVE POSITION
• Stock, organize, and maintain moulding inventory to ensure materials are readily available.
  
  • CLEANING: Recovering the condition of the aisle since last service.
  • STRAIGHTENING STOCK: Restocking messy bins or displays and resolving bin contamination.
  • STOCKING: Packing out any freight in overhead and incoming freight from the previous weeks order.
  • CULLING: Removing damaged/unsellable material and issuing credit electronically.
  • MERCHANDISING: Maintain signage and pricing to best practice. Move backers to affect perception.
  • ORDERING: Replenish inventory according to published guidelines.
  • CUSTOMER INTERACTION: Build strong dependable relationships with store management and associates.
  • PROJECTS AND TASKS: Merchandising projects and tasks will be assigned by area manager.
• Complete tasks, projects and resets of Woodgrain products in stores

What you need to have:

• Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and your own vehicle.
• This position is very labor intensive and requires the ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
