Part-Time MSR

Monday - Friday: 7:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.

Saturdays: 8:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.

(Part-time employees are scheduled for 21 - 29 hours per week)

Role:

Assist members with their financial transactions, including paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments. Attendance is essential for performing the duties of this job.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

1. 55% - Receive and process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; sell money orders and VISA gift cards to members; transfer amounts from member accounts as directed.
2. 15% - Welcome members, provide routine information concerning services, and direct members to appropriate departments for specific information and services.
3. 15% - Balance cash drawer and daily transactions.
4. 5% - Perform miscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, computer input, and answering the telephone.
5. 5% - Cross-sell credit union services.
6. 5% - Perform other duties as assigned.
