We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Medical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in patient care, assisting providers and ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for every patient.

Position Details:

Schedule: 2–3 weekday shifts (8 hours per shift)
Team Structure: Work primarily with one provider
Environment: Fast-paced, busy clinic—ideal for someone who thrives in an energetic setting
Flexibility: Looking for a team player willing to step in where needed

Selected Responsibilities:

  1. Escort patients to and from exam/treatment rooms
  2. Triage patients as necessary
  3. Administer vaccines and injections
  4. Record patient data prior to the physician’s visit
  5. Assist physicians with exams and a wide variety of procedures
  6. Administer medications
  7. Prepare and stock exam/treatment rooms and order supplies as needed
  8. Maintain proper disinfection protocols
  9. Complete prior authorizations for medications and diagnostic imaging
  10. Phone in prescriptions and distribute proper medications as ordered by the provider

Preferred candidates have one of the following certifications: CMA, CCMA, RMA, or EMT, along with at least one year of Medical Assistant experience.
