Brookdale Senior Living in Ocala, FL is seeking a PT/FT Maintenance Technician to keep community facilities in top condition. The role involves upkeep of HVAC, elevator and safety systems, routine kitchen equipment maintenance, and responding to resident needs with a focus on safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates will perform both scheduled and unscheduled tasks, coordinate with community staff, and uphold Brookdale’s standards for a well-maintained living environment for residents and staff

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Requirements to be a Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technicians will maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on, but not limited to: HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment. Maintenance Technicians will also perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned and respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents in both private rooms and public living areas. They will also maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and any other jurisdictions governing the community.
