Open Position: PT LPN

Schedule: EVO Weekend Nights

Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress, chart results, establish nursing plans, and work within State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, under the supervision of Physicians/Providers.
2. Administer prescribed medications according to nursing standards and correctional regulations.
3. Follow through with established treatment plans.
4. Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and apply critical thinking.
