Job Description:

• This position administers gateway allocations, technical configurations, scheduled maintenance items, heavy maintenance material support, database management, and inventory needs. He/She performs audits and reviews and updates contracts.
• This position maintains a master schedule for gateway openings, closings, and changes.
• He/She reviews route structure to determine operational exposure and maintenance activity for all UPS gateways.
• This position collaborates with maintenance to derive gateway level and parts packages required to support line maintenance, scheduled checks, or shops.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes material requirements and scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Processes Allocation Change Requests (ACR) from heavy and line maintenance facilities.
• Maintains the material database and controls the input of information into the system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Understand the relationship and impact of AC materials on maintenance operations
• Able to handle multiple task and meet deadlines
• Possess technical, statistical, or analytical aptitude in order to interpret airline requirements, technical documents, and statistical modeling
• Able to demonstrate proficiency in database computer skills and statistical methods
