The Chap Success Center Tutor supports Midland College students by providing academic assistance in nursing. Tutors help students strengthen their understanding of course content, develop effective study habits, and build confidence as independent learners. This position is student-centered and focuses on guiding students through the learning process rather than simply providing answers.
Tutors work one-on-one and, when needed, in small-group settings to help students review course material, prepare assignments and exams, improve problem-solving strategies, and apply effective academic skills. Tutors are expected to create a welcoming, supportive, and professional learning environment that encourages student success.

Salary Range: $11.50 - $18.00 per hour
