Qualifications

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License Required.
• New Grads and Experienced Physical Therapists are welcome.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Computer Literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain communication with other service providers.
• Complete notes thoroughly and timely.
• Participate in or lead monthly meetings to identify challenges.
• Attend meetings regarding company initiatives to improve patient care.
