Job summary

The Freeman Company in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Lead PT Freight Ops to oversee show-site freight activities, assign qualified dock personnel, and ensure safe, efficient loading and unloading for live events.

In this part-time, on-site role, you will work closely with customers and staff, maintain safety standards, and help manage costs while delivering exceptional service for trade shows and events. Must have OSHA 10, a High School Diploma, and at least two years in the trade show field.

Qualifications

• Two years of trade show or related experience required.
• Familiar with Freight Procedures Manual and related docs.
• OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Must pass MVR screening.
• Able to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead dock labor at show site by assigning qualified personnel to perform work.
• Ensure safety practices are followed to minimize violations.
• Lead loading/unloading at show site.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, and operations to provide excellent service.
• Ensure equipment and tools are ready and report additional needs.
