Job summary

Avante At Inverness, INC is seeking a part-time Laundry Aide to perform daily laundry duties in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. The role ensures a clean, safe, and sanitary environment and maintains adequate linen supply for residents.

Applicants should be at least 18, able to speak English, with a positive attitude toward the elderly. High school diploma required; long term care experience preferred. Avante offers daily pay and a supportive work environment.

Avante at Inverness Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Laundry Aide to perform the day-to-day activities of the Laundry Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, and as may be directed by the Director of Housekeeping and Laundry Services and/or the Administrator, to ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner and to ensure that an adequate supply of linen is on hand at all times to meet the needs of the residents.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Positive attitude toward the elderly.

Education and Experience:

• Must be a High School Graduate.
• Previous experience in Long Term Care preferred.
