Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth running of the store and delivering inspirational, authentic customer service.

You will lead by example and model the behaviors that the sales team must demonstrate to meet sales and service targets. You will also apply your retail and cash handling experience to perform start and end of day cash reconciliation and may be required to open and close the store on

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures is desirable.
• Supervisor experience and coaching/mentoring others is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to run the store smoothly.
• Lead by example to provide exceptional customer service and achieve targets.
• Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis as needed.
