The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and ensure smooth store operations. You will lead by example, delivering inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities include cash reconciliation, opening/closing the store on a rota, and coaching the sales team. The role requires retail hours, including nights, weekends, and events, with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
