Job summary

Cascade Healthcare Services in Portland, OR is seeking an experienced instructor to deliver AHA, ACLS / PALS / BLS and related training in person at the Portland Training Center. The role involves following course guidelines and working as Course Director or co-instructor as needed.

Key duties include inputting TMS student data, tracking attendance and scores, maintaining training equipment and rooms, attending client meetings, and ensuring client expectations are met under service agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3 years of instruction experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Instruct courses under AHA, ACLS / PALS / BLS, and/or other course guidelines.
• Act as Course Director or secondary instructor depending on Operations needs.
• Assist region in managing and fulfilling client expectations based on service agreements.
• Input TMS student data.
• Track student attendance, scores, and scanned copies of course records.
• Training equipment management: maintain and clean training equipment, recommend replacement and upgrades as needed, maintain training rooms in a clean and presentable manner including setup and teardown of classroom equipment.
• Attend client meetings as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
