Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking a part-time Merchandise Stocker in Teays Valley, WV. You will learn in-store service, manage inventory replenishment, and provide exceptional customer service within a defined territory inside high-volume national account stores.

You may cover service calls when reps are away, handling 2–3 stores per day. This role involves cleaning aisles, restocking, culling damaged items, merchandising, and ordering according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and own vehicle.
• This position is labor intensive and requires the ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Learning and performing in-store service, managing inventory replenishment (ordering and stocking), generating weekly credits and providing exceptional customer service within a defined territory inside high volume national account stores.
• Cover service calls when regular service representatives are away or on vacation.
• Full service 2-3 stores per day. Full service includes Cleaning, Straightening stock, Stocking, Culling, Merchandising, Ordering, Customer interaction, Projects and tasks.
