Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk, OH, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join an interdisciplinary team delivering evaluation, treatment and patient education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved bachelor's degree or higher program as a PT.
• State Licensure (or eligible) as a PT.
• CPR certification.
• Previous Clinical experience/rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations of assigned patients and develops treatment plans.
• Collaborates with the rehabilitation team to ensure safe, effective care.
• Directs treatment activities of PT assistants and rehabilitation aides.
• Provides patient/family education and sets realistic, measurable goals.
• Willing to cover weekend shifts and rotate across campuses.
