Qualifications

• Current NC state license as a Registered Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Prepares and dispenses medication orders per physician request according to established policies, procedures and protocols.
• Ensures safe, appropriate, cost effective medication therapies for patients according to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Supervises and directs pharmacy support personnel and verifies the daily activities of pharmacy technicians.
• Maintains competence required for current job title/position and adheres to hospital policies and procedures.
