Job summary

Burlington House Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves greeting callers and visitors, answering phones, and providing general administrative support. Shift runs 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with an hourly wage of $15.

• Previous receptionist experience required.
• Prior work/life experiences, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department.
• Take accurate messages when personnel are unavailable and ensure accurate delivery.
• Operate paging/telephone system as required.
• Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide administrative support as assigned.
• Participate in scheduled training, educational classes, and orientation programs to maintain licensure and certification.
• Perform other related activities as assigned or requested.
• Maintain and follow established center policies and safety standards.
