Primary Purpose

As an Expeditor, you serve as the customer service liaison for the Hannaford To Go department, representing the store to customers via phone and at pickup. Your role ensures smooth, quick, and accurate orders with high-quality fresh items, providing a positive customer experience. Typical responsibilities include:

1. Organize and prioritize shop and pickup processes.
2. Conduct order reviews.
3. Check code dates and quality, especially produce.
4. Count parcels for accuracy.
5. Stage orders and consolidate bags.
6. Setup shopper carts.
7. Partner with departments for item preparation.
8. Dispense pickup and delivery orders to customers and drivers.
9. Monitor and manage last-mile delivery orders and Flybuy orders via dashboards.
10. Answer customer calls and address questions.
11. Meet order wait time and completeness goals.
12. Handle cash pickups and change orders, logging as needed.
13. Verify customer IDs and adhere to store policies regarding age-restricted items.
