Job Details

• Full or Part-time hair stylist in a high-volume salon with flexible hours and an established customer base.
• We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country, offering a competitive effective wage (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week, the average effective wage was $31.26/hr. No one earns less than $20/hr in total.
• $300 signing bonus and ongoing training, including virtual and hands-on sessions.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on hair styling options.
• Listen to clients' needs and preferences.
• Describe hair care products and benefits.
• Perform shampooing, cutting, and styling.

Requirements

• Valid barber or cosmetology license.
• Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset and good design eye.

Compensation

Base pay + product commissions + productivity + tips.
