We are seeking a full or part-time hair stylist for a high-volume salon with flexible hours and an established customer base.

As the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country, we aim to provide the highest effective wage in the market, combining base wage, productivity bonuses, product commissions, and tips. Recently, our staff's average effective wage was $31.26/hr. No one earns less than $20/hr in total, depending on proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients on hairstyle options.
• Listen to clients' needs and preferences.
• Describe hair care products and their benefits.
• Perform shampooing, cutting, and styling.

Requirements:

• Valid barber or cosmetology license.
• Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers is helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset and good eye for design.

Compensation includes base pay, product commissions, productivity bonuses, and tips.

Additional benefits include a $300 signing bonus and ongoing training, both virtual and hands-on.
