Job summary

The GIANT Company in Duncansville, PA is seeking team members to unload trucks, break down pallets, restock shelves, and prepare stock for display. You will work backstock on non-delivery days and help replenish mass and end displays.

This position requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and reliable attendance. Shifts typically cover 4+ hour blocks in a fast-paced retail environment with strict safety guidelines.

The primary purpose of this job is to unload trucks, break down pallets, restack U-boats, move out U-boats, and put up new stock. The team member works backstock to include DSD vendor backstock on non-delivery days. The team member replenishes shelves from mass and end displays. The team member breaks down cartons, bails cardboard, faces or presents store, and moves or stacks pallets.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Team members are responsible for understanding company policy and procedures as promulgated in the policy and procedure manual and the team member handbook.
• Know MSDS information about all materials used during work.
• Must complete and follow Lockout/Tagout training.
• Must complete and follow Confined Space training.
• Must complete Right-to-Know training.
