General Cleaner Job Details

Are you someone seeking a position with independent and solitary working conditions, with stable hours and pay? We are seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and caring employees to provide janitorial services and supervision for our clients' offices in the Richmond area.

• Location: Hanover, VA
• Pay: $14.50/hr
• Hours: 15 Hours; 5:00pm-8:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Duties

• Consistently provide a clean, secure, and safe environment for the occupants of this facility.
• Perform cleaning tasks including trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
• Execute the cleaning plan for the building effectively and cost-efficiently.
• Work productively with your ServiceMaster team members.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses to requests and concerns.

Job Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum age: 16+ years old
• Demonstrate work ethic and responsibility through education and work history.
• Effective communication skills with clients, building occupants, and co-workers.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to do what is necessary to complete the job.
• Physically able to stand for the entire shift and perform tasks including walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, crouching, and lifting.
