Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is seeking Entry Level and Experienced Security Officers to join our expanding team. We offer competitive compensation, training, and opportunities across 25 branch locations with both full-time and part-time shifts.

You will monitor premises, respond to alarms, and uphold safety while delivering excellent service to homes and businesses. A High School Diploma/GED is required; equal opportunity employer; pre-employment screening will be conducted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with security equipment.
• Able to handle physical workload.
• Must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background).
• Military or law enforcement experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
• Warn violators of premises rules and regulations.
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
• Report any facility issues.
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
