As a newly trained agent with Global Financial Impact (GFI), no prior experience is necessary. You will receive training and mentorship, obtain a life/health license in your state, and be positioned to serve others while earning income.

This position is fully remote, ideal for stay-at-home career seekers or those seeking additional income.

No experience required; we provide comprehensive training through the company.

Most new agents start as referrals or part-time (8-15 hours weekly) before transitioning to full-time. We work with 25+ A-rated companies focused on financial literacy for underserved markets.

Salary :

Agents' earnings vary based on effort and ambition. Many start part-time and build a six-figure income.

Range: $36,000 - $125,000 annually

We are 100% - 1099, performance-based, with no caps on earnings.

Experience

No financial experience needed; training is hands-on. Skills in leadership, public speaking, customer service, banking, or accounting can help you advance faster.

Opportunity Description

• Develop Financial Need Analyses (FNA) for clients
• Assist families, individuals, and business owners to improve their financial position through:

1. Asset/Fund Protection

2. Legacy Building

3. Index Strategies

4. Debt Management

5. Estate Planning (with legal team)

• Position is 1099, performance-based.

Work Schedule:

1. Part Time - 6-15 hours/week, flexible.

2. Leads are generated via 3 tiers: Hot, Warm, Cold, with additional support from ETHOS.

3. Entirely remote via Zoom.

4. Each agent is assigned a Field Trainer for guidance on prospecting and client engagement.

5. Daily training sessions to develop your business.

• Must pass background check (No Felonies)
• Must have a U.S. Social Security Number
• Must reside in the US, Puerto Rico, or Canada during the application process
• Must be 18+ years old

Job Type: Part-time
