OUR MISSION : Helping families become financially educated and serve the community on topics typically learned in school.

Looking to escape the rat race? Considering a career change? Or want to add another income stream?

As a newly trained agent with Global Financial Impact (GFI), no prior experience is necessary. You will receive training and mentorship, obtain a life/health license in your state, and position yourself to serve others while earning income.

The position is fully remote, ideal for stay-at-home career seekers or those seeking additional income.

No experience required thanks to our comprehensive training program.

We seek motivated, capable, and committed business partners to become financial professionals and provide valuable services to clients.

MANDATORY : Clean background (no felonies), US Social Security Number, residence in the US.

We offer 3 work options:

1. Full Time

2. Part Time

  • You can keep your current job while working with us.

Many start as part-time or referral agents (8-15 hours weekly) before moving to full-time. We are contracted with over 25 A-rated companies focused on financial literacy for underserved markets.

Salary :

Agents' earnings vary based on effort and ambition. Many generate significant side income, with potential to grow into a six-figure income.

Range: $36,000 - $125,000 annually.

We are 100% - 1099, performance-based, with no caps on earnings.

Experience

No financial experience needed initially. However, skills in leadership, public speaking, customer service, banking, or accounting can help you advance faster.

Opportunity Description

  • Develop Financial Need Analysis (FNA) for clients
  • Assist families, individuals, and business owners in financial planning, including:

1. Protect assets and funds

2. Build and leave a legacy

3. Implement index strategies

4. Debt management

5. Estate planning with our legal team

  • 1099 position with a performance-based business model

Work Schedule:

1. Part Time - 6-15 hours weekly, flexible based on individual.

2. Leads - Utilizing 3 tiers: hot, warm, cold, through our partnership with ETHOS.

3. Fully remote, using Zoom.

4. Each agent is assigned a "Field Trainer" for guidance until they are ready to operate independently.

5. Daily training sessions to develop your business.

  • Must pass a background check (no felonies)
  • Must have a U.S. Social Security Number
  • Must reside in the US, Puerto Rico, or Canada during the application process
  • Must be 18+ years old

Job Type: Part-time

  • Includes bonuses, renewal commissions, stock options, profit sharing, and more.
  • Free training (15 sessions weekly)
  • Own your book of business and have agency ownership, equity, and beneficiaries.
  • Uncapped, performance-based pay; commissions can range from $2,000 to $10,000 per client.
  • Paid 8-9 times per month.
