Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Billings, MT is seeking caregivers to support families with non-medical in-home care. We offer a flexible schedule designed to fit a busy student lifestyle and provide 24/7 at-home care coverage as needed.

No prior experience is required, and extensive training is provided. PCA or CNA candidates are welcome to start immediately. A background check and a valid driver's license are required to ensure client safety and trust.

Responsibilities

• Attend to clients' non-medical needs and provide companionship.

• Be punctual and deliver reliable, attentive care.

Scheduling:

Our commitment to supporting our Caregivers extends to providing 24/7 at-home care to our clients, offering a diverse range of shift availability through weekly scheduling.

Hiring Process:

• Interview
• 2 Hr Orientation- Additional training performed during if needed

Qualifications:

• No experience required. Willing to train the right candidate.
• Currently trained PCA or CNA welcome to start right away
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Applicant must have a valid driver's license.
• Lawfully authorized to work in the U.S.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
