Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our nationwide team to provide non-medical care in clients' homes. You will offer companionship, assist with light housekeeping and meals, and help with daily routines while building trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient with strong communication skills.
• Reliable and able to work flexible schedules.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required.

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
