Job summary

Equinox is seeking energetic, driven fitness professionals to join the Coaching Foundations Program, a comprehensive pathway to start a coaching career with us. The program spans 10 working days and blends live virtual sessions, self-paced study, and in-person instruction at an Equinox location.

Participants will complete coursework, assessments, and a final ISSA exam, with CPR/AED certification addressed during the program. Prioritizes in-person commitment and strong client focus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to complete the 2 week Foundations Program onsite at an Equinox location.
• Strong understanding of exercise science, coaching communication, program design, and client assessment.

Responsibilities

• Complete all coursework, workshops, assessments, and study requirements within the 2 week program timeframe.
• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of ISSA and Equinox Coaching Foundations content.
• Apply principles of coaching to deliver exceptional member experiences.
