Job summary

Equinox is offering a Coaching Foundations Program to train aspiring personal coaches. The hybrid, 2-week learning experience covers ISSA CPT credentialing, with live workshops, discussions, practice assessments, and final exam.

Participants who complete the program will be hired as Provisional Coaches, advance upon passing the ISSA‑CPT exam, and move into a full-time Coaching role. CPR/AED certification will be completed if not already held.

• Commitment to pursuing a Personal Trainer/Coach career with Equinox.
• Ability to work in person on weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete all coursework, workshops, assessments within the 2-week program onsite.
• Demonstrate understanding of ISSA and Equinox Coaching Foundations content.
• Grow into a Provisional Coach and transition to a full-time Coach at Equinox.
