FYZICAL Rockrimmon in Colorado Springs is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our 1:1 care model, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules and in-person work.

You’ll develop evidence-based treatment plans for vestibular balance and neuro/ortho rehab, collaborate with leadership, and help patients return to activity.

Qualifications

• Accredited PT program graduate with CO license.
• 1+ year outpatient neuro/orthopedic or vestibular rehab experience.
• Ability to create and implement outpatient balance/vestibular rehab plans.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized, evidence-based treatment plans for balance and vestibular rehab.
• Help patients achieve goals like pain-free walking or return to activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver top-notch care.
• Educate and motivate patients through home exercise programs.
• Document thoroughly in notes and records.
