Job Title: Part-Time Client Service Representative (Evenings & Weekends)

We are seeking a part-time evening and weekend Client Service Representative to join our team at VCA Animal Hospitals.

We’re looking for a personable yet highly professional “service extraordinaire” to deliver our mission to clients and their pets.

Why We Need You

The Client Service Representative (CSR) is the face of VCA, setting the tone for the practice by building and maintaining trust and confidence with each customer. The CSR is central to hospital operations and is responsible for:

  1. Customer service functions, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and guiding clients and pets to exam rooms.
  2. Scheduling and confirming appointments.
  3. Making outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
  4. Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
  5. Answering questions about products and services, and educating clients on animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (e.g., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, flea & tick control).
  6. Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
  7. Maintaining hospital cleanliness and ensuring the facility is neat inside and outside, including animal waste removal.
