Job summary

UpKeep seeks a Part-Time Valet Trash Attendant at our apartment communities in Lewisville, TX. You will nightly pick up bagged trash from residents' doors and dispose at dumpsters, working Sundays through Thursdays. No experience required; training provided.

You must have a cell phone, be able to climb stairs up to 3 stories, and work outdoors in varying weather. Dependability and a good attitude are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to climb stairs and work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Open bed pickup truck.

Responsibilities

• Nightly pick up of bagged trash from each resident's doors to onsite dumpster or compactor.
• Be prepared to work and collect bagged trash Sundays - Thursdays.
• Be able to climb 3 story apartment buildings. Get paid to work out!
• Must be on time and dependable. Service starts at 8:00pm Sunday- Thursday.
• Work quietly and efficiently keeping noise to a minimum so not to disturb residents.
• Daily contact with Area Supervisor.
• Smartphone used to document cleared units.

Candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently.
