UpKeep in Denton, TX is seeking a reliable part-time Valet Trash Attendant to support apartment communities. The role emphasizes a good attitude, dependability, and the ability to work independently while serving residents in the evenings.

You will nightly collect bagged trash, climb stairs, and document unit status using a smartphone. No experience is required as training is provided; punctuality and safety are essential to keep noise to a minimum.

• Reliable transportation to get to the property.
• Ability to climb stairs and work outside in varying weather conditions.
• No experience required, Good attitude and we will train the right person.

• Must be on time and dependable. Service starts at 8:00 pm.
• Work quietly and efficiently keeping noise to a minimum so not to disturb residents.
• Daily contact with Area Supervisor.
• Smartphone used to document cleared units.

The Valet Trash Attendant Property Helper will be responsible for the nightly pick up of door-to-door trash at 1 of our apartment communities. Candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES

• Nightly pick up of bagged trash from each resident's doors to onsite dumpster or compactor.
• Be prepared to work and collect bagged trash Sundays - Thursdays.
• Be able to climb 3-4 story apartment buildings. Get paid to work out!
• Must be on time and dependable. Service starts at 8:00 pm.
• Work quietly and efficiently keeping noise to a minimum so not to disturb residents.
• Daily contact with Area Supervisor.
