Job summary

Arden Courts in South Holland, IL is seeking a part-time Caregiver to assist residents with daily life activities, including personal care, meals, housekeeping, and social engagement.

You will work as part of the Health & Wellness Team to ensure high-quality resident care, with benefits and daily access to pay. Prior dementia experience preferred, education as high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Basic reading and writing, and ability to speak English clearly.
• Experience: Knowledge and experience in working with elderly; dementia experience preferred.
• Certification: Certification required according to state regulations.
• Physical demands: Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily life activities including personal care, meals, housekeeping, laundry and mobility.
• Support residents in socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs.
• Ensure safety and well-being of residents within the Health & Wellness Team.
