Summary: Acts as guest service attendant, escorts guests and carries luggage, by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Assists guests with check in and check out process. *
  1. Assists guests with luggage. *
  1. Opens doors for arriving and departing guests. *
  1. Provides directions and information about the area. *
  1. Arranges transportation, including taxi cabs and limousines. *

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or up to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of internet software.
