Duties and Responsibilities

• Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
• Assemble and mix ingredients, place mix on trays, load trays into racks, push racks to oven, and bake goods.
• Package, wrap, label baked goods, clean display cases, and stock fresh goods.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
• Track and record loss.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and possess valid identification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to perform duties and follow safety policies.
• Complete the 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance and proper attire.
• Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 55%, walk for 45% of the shift.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
