A leading company in the hospitality industry is seeking kitchen staff to maintain cleanliness and assist chefs. Responsibilities include cleaning dishes and kitchen areas, ensuring sanitation standards, and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates should be at least 16 years old and possess a Missouri Gaming Level II License.
To clean all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, and kitchen. Also responsible for performing any reasonable task assigned by the Sous Chefs or cooks. Assists in start up, clean up and shutting down of each shift.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 16 years of age.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
None required
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Missouri Gaming Level II Gaming License required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
REASONING ABILITY
Discriminating Colors, Working Rapidly, Working at Various Tempos, Concentrating Amid Distractions, and Examining & Observing Details.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
