Job summary

Hope House Foundation in Virginia Beach seeks compassionate part-time caregivers to support individuals with daily living tasks and community activities. You will work in a dynamic team, upholding safety and independence while engaging in scheduled training and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a positive attitude and dependability.

• CPR/First Aid and Mandt Certification or training preferred.
• Training in medication aide and DBHDS DSP orientation is expected.

Responsibilities

• Skill to complete satisfactorily: Medication Certification, Medicaid Waiver Certification, First Aid/CPR, Mandt, and other requirements associated with orientation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgment.
• Skill in locating and accessing community resources.
